Artist Statement
Meine Kunst ist die Malerei.
Aber Malerei bedeuted (bei mir) nicht nur
'Farben, Pinsel und Leinwand', sondern auch
'Farben, Kamera und Computer' und
'Farben, Stoffe und Naehmaschine'.
Malerei, das passiert erst einmal im Kopf,
in der Phantasie, in der Wahrnehmung.
Malerei, das ist vor allem : FARBE.
Mein Leben - das ist FARBE.
FARBE steht fuer Licht, fuer Emotionen, fuer Kraft.
FARBE ist das Lebenselixier schlechthin.

My Art is Painting.
But Painting - for me - is not just
'color, brush and canvas', it is also
'color, camera and computer' and
'color, fabric and sewing machine.
Painting, that happens first of all in your head, in your imagination
and in your perception.
Painting, that is COLOR.
My life is COLOR.
COLOR - that means 'light' and 'emotions' and 'energy'.
COLOR - is the elixier of life.
